Recruitment Process

Offer and Acceptance of business dealing by communicating through telephone, Whats App, email and face to face conversation.

  1. The hiring companies will send the required documents (Demand Letter) as per the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Labour – Department of Foreign Employment, Nepal.
  2. We take pre-approval of the Demand Letter from the Ministry of Labour – Department of Foreign Employment, Nepal within 5 days and after getting pre- approval, we advertise immediately on the national daily newspaper of Nepal.
  3. The Final interview of the candidates will be held after 7 days of advertisement.
  4. We send the CVs of selected candidates to the company by courier or email.
  5. We keep the medical assessment and orientation of the selected candidates.
  6. The hiring company will process for the Visa application and issue it.
  7. After getting the Visa from the hiring company, we will submit the original passport to the concerned embassy for the visa stamping and authorization.
  8. After the visa stamping, we apply for final approval from the Ministry of Labour – Department of Foreign Employment, Nepal.
  9. After getting the final approval, we deploy the workers to the concerned companies.

NB: The responsibility of the workers will be borne by both parties for the specified contract period and after the contract period is over, the concerned company will be responsible.
